Shipping: Processing Time
Our estimated shipping: 3-6 business days for U.S. deliveries. (Delivered: Monday-Saturday). We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can not guarantee them. As of October 1, 2021 the postal service's 3- day delivery standard has changed, to delivery anywhere within the U.S. up to 5 days. Because of this change, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Also, the actual delivery date will depend on the shipping method you choose. *Note: All free shipping promotions are available in the U.S. only.

Returns:
Returns must be requested us within: 3 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns must be unused/unworn, or not tampered with.
You will also be responsible for Return Shipping costs.
You must ship items back within: 10 days of delivery.
All original packaging must accompany your return (including hair net, tags, tissue paper, and inserts).
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the items will be non-refundable.
Because of the nature of these items, the following items can not be returned:

Customized Orders: Including Custom Wigs, Custom Bundles, Custom Clip-In Extensions, Custom Frontal and Custom Closures

Clearance or Final Sale Items

Hair Accessories (such as Hair Nets, Wig Liners)

Hair Treatments and Hair Oils

We recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise, ship the return with a signature shipping service and get a tracking number.

Refunds: Conditions of Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected within 3 days from receipt of delivery.
Items not in new/unused/unworn conditions or that have been tampered with - will be discarded with no exchanges or refund applied.
If a package doesn't arrive and there is not a track-able method for the returned items or if the shipment is refused as a method of return, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days of return receipt.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Please keep all shipping receipts and tracking information for future communications.
